Dear Trustees of Islamic Relief

As a group of Islamic Relief staff members we are all concerned with rumor that William van Eklen is going to be division director. Please stop William from becoming divisin director. He is not fit for this role because of:

- Poor knowledge of Muslim culture and believe in white supremecy
- No respect to Islam and pretentious Islamic identity to progress with Islamic Relief
- Over 30 grievence complaints and revolt of his own policy staff in 2006
- No achievement in last three years at Islamic Relief policy unit and over 850,000 pounds of wasted money
- Arrogance, ignorance and believe that Muslims can not do anything without whites
- No relevant experience, he never had any serious job before Islamic Relief, only one or two months contracts or internships
- CV full of lies and manipulated for every job
- Lack of team playing skills and a "talent" to annoy and irritate with over blown fake self confidence

Please stop this person who destroyed Islamic Relief team spirit, put people against each other and created tension. It is all because he has no management, tact, diplomatic and people management skills.
