TEDATA Customer Service Upgrade Request sign now
I have been loyal a customer to TEDATA as long as I can remember, never thought of replacing it with another ISP for the quality and the speed of its services, unluckily, there have been many drops in the connection for some unknown reason, browsing speed was becoming too slow to start considering using dial-up again, downloads are rarely complete ... etc.
What was that for?! They changed the DNS server for the 2nd time without any notice to their customers, making them experience the worst ADSL internet ever.
What we need?
[1] Just a notice by whatever means, they got our regular emails, they got our phone numbers, they got our addresses, we are just requesting a notification to whatever expected drop in the service before/whenever this happens, just to know nothing is wrong with our routers/computers.
[2] If they are not sending such notice, they should at least answer the phone "19777"
Another point:
The billing system is so unpredictable for the customers. For example my bill is released by the 22nd of every month, sometimes they cut the service by the 24th, and some other time they extend the service without me paying anything for 3 months and ask me for all 3 months fees at once. They should do better, automatic billing systems, online payments .. etc.
Please join us in requesting a better customer care than what we have been experiencing lately, for the sake of the customers and the sake of a branded ISP company.
