i have been doing research and am finding out that in the states known as Alaska, Arizona, California, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia and Wyoming.







are complaining about how they don't like energy drinks that contain alcohol (aka caffinated beer). a friend of mine said he saw something on the news about this it mentioned beverages like this. some of which my friend mentioned were tilt, liquid charge, and sparks. i understand people are worried that it could be advertised to the youth in the sense that they think underage drinkers will want/crave it. point im trying to make here is that if these people are insane enough to take legal action then this could ruin it for the rest of us (myself included of course). for those like me that love caffinated alcohol type beverages for all that is just and holy sign this petition and give as much feedback as possible (even if its a little feedback it still helps)

i usually don't list my email in petitions like this but sense this is a serious matter to me and all caffinated alcohol drinkers (21 and over only) i will list my email in this petition as well as any other information i fee like listing.

if you live in this country and agree with my petition and you don't speak english very well or at all then you must bring a translator (person that speak english as well as the other language whatever that may be) as i am a person that only speaks english so therefore i am usually not good with language barriers and i apologize for any inconvenience this might (50-50 chance) cause.

i go to work monday through friday 1pm to 5pm Monday through Friday so anytime during this time is not acceptable.

contacting me later than 9:15pm is not an acceptable time as i don't like that time.







weekday morning are usually not acceptable as i don't usually have alot of time on my hands duting those times of day.







weekends are usually a good time as long as:







its between times of 8:30 am to 11:00am, 1:20pm to 5:00pm, and 7:09 to 9:15pm. i am sorry to be such a pain about scheduling but sometimes i only have so much time to myself in a day.
