Por la continuidad de CQC sign now

Telecinco ha decidido suprimir el programa "Caiga Quien Caiga" (CQC). Segъn ha dicho la cadena la decisiуn se debe a que el programa no es rentable. Esta ъltima afirmaciуn es sospechosa, porque la temporada pasada registrу su mбxima audiencia con una cuota media del 21,9\%. Esta temporada la cuota media se sitъa en el 19,4\% (datos aportados por la agencia Efe). Por otra parte, se intercalan hasta 20 minutos de publicidad en un programa que en total dura poco mбs de una hora. Eso parece contradecir la poca rentabilidad del programa. Ademбs, CQC lleva en antena desde hace 6 aсos y su trayectoria es reconocidamente exitosa.

Se habla de presiones polнticas desde el gobierno como la causa real de la supresiуn del programa. Las recientes crнticas a Silvio Berlusconi junto con la intenciуn de dedicar una secciуn del programa a la esposa de Aznar, Ana Botella, serнan, segъn estos rumores, el verdadero desencadenante de esta decisiуn de Telecinco.

CQC es el ъnico programa de informaciуn en el que se analiza la actualidad desde un punto de vista crнtico, junto con "Las Noticias del Guiсol" de Canal+. La desapariciуn de este programa constituye un ataque muy importante a la libertad de expresiуn.

El motivo de esta peticiуn es hacer saber a Telecinco el malestar que se producirб entre la audiencia si se consuma la desapariciуn de CQC. Entre toda la basura televisiva actual (Gran Hermano, Operaciуn Triunfo, Tуmbola, Salsa Rosa, Crуnicas marcianas, etc.), CQC se ha mantenido como uno de los poquнsimos programas con contenido, sin caer nunca en la vulgaridad o el escбndalo, y todos deberнamos defenderlo, para demostrar que los telespectadores no somos un rebaсo fбcilmente manipulable por aquellos que quieren imponer su ideologнa y eliminar a los que ponen de manifiesto que Espaсa NO va bien.
