Love Motherland Nepal

NO MRP printing Contract to India! NO NRN Identity Card!! Provide Dual Citizenship to NRN!!!

We all Nepalese who are residing in different countries around the world and love our motherland Nepal like to draw the Nepal government's attention in the controversial MRP(Machine Readable passport) printing contract to India and urge government of Nepal to annul the decision immediately. The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) of Nepal's Parliament has already objected to the decision. The PAC had directed the government to resume the MRP bidding process instead of awarding the contract to the Indian company. The government decision to award the MRP contract to an Indian government undertaking is in violation of Public Procurement Act, Good Governance Act and other laws. PAC had directed the government to revive the biding process, but the government sealed the deal with India undermining the directives by insulting to the parliament. Disregarding the PAC directive, the cabinet meeting of March 19 had given a positive nod to Foreign Ministry to grant the contract to print and supply of MRPs to an Indian company on March 19. The decision has already challenged in the Supreme Court and Nepal Security Council advice the Government to rethink about the decision since it is threat to the Nation's security.
When PAC grilled PM Madhav Nepal and Sujata Koirala; PM has said, the contract for printing Machine-Readable Passports (MRP)s was given to India due to political pressure in Nepal and Nepals close diplomatic ties with India. The government, through its non-transparent decision on the MRP contract, has made a mockery of laws, jeopardised national security and put a serious dent on national sovereignty. The decision to award the bid to an Indian company that proposed the highest cost ($4 per MRP) while dumping others that offered as low as $2.99 will incur an objectionably heavy loss to the country and its people. These activities clearly shows that they want to make Nepal as a 29th State of India.
We are sending Indian National flag to the Minister of Foreign Affairs Sujata Koirala since She love India and awarded MRP printing contract to India undermining the National security threat. She wants to make Nepal as a 29th state of India. We are sending it through the Nepalese embassy or Consulate offices of the respective Countries.
We are sending the collection of signatures with petition to the Prime Minister of Nepal urging to scrap the decision of MRP printing contract immediately and resume the MRP bidding process.
We urge Nepal Government to stop corruption and maintain Peace, Security, Law and order in the Country.
We urge Nepal Government to expedite constitution writing process and work for Nation; we want them to forget party interest and individual interest and work for National interest.
We urge the Government of Nepal to pass the bill for Dual citizenship immediately and provide us the opportunity to take part in every activity in Nepal.
We urge to the Government of Nepal and Ministry of Foreign Affairs to scrap the Process to pay $500 and $ 200 to get NRN identity card as we are not ready to pay for Identity card and urge Government to provide us citizenship and participate us to build stronger Nepal. Since we belong to Nepal, Nepal is our Motherland and Government must provide us Nepalese citizenship without any condition any delay.
