Nationwide Drug Testing For Welfare Recipients sign now

We, the undersigned, petition to set in motion and support a nationwide drug testing policy for all current public assistance recipients and all public assistance applicants.

-Tests shall be performed onsite at local welfare/assistance/support office at time of application at the Subject's expence for $10.00. Testing will be conducted every month after being notified by mail with test appointment date.

-Under No circumstance shall a subject be granted assistance without a test being performed during the month prior to the month of assistance payments.

-If a Subject tests positive and can produce a valid prescription for that particular substance, the positive result shall be omitted.

-If a Subject tests positive for any prescription drugs (without a valid prescription), or any illegal drugs, the Subject will immediately be denied assistance and must wait a period of no less than 3 months before applying again.
