Justice for Carlos Lopez and Dennis Cox sign now

Today we ask that you stand up in the name of JUSTICE!!!!!! You are speaking for those who have lost their lives and voices to a horrific act of violence.
On November 1, 2008 Andrew Allen Mathis was involved in a physical altercation with Dennis Cox about Andrewss ex-girlfriend. Andrew Allen Mathis knocked Dennis Cox unconscious. Carlos Lopez and friend got a medical kit and started administering immediate first aid. Five other people came to give assistance. These people were not involved in the altercation and were innocent Good Samaritans. Andrew Allen Mathis and a friend got into his vehicle and accelerated towards the crowd. He rammed his vehicle into 7 people, killing Carlos Lopez and Dennis Cox and seriously injuring many others. He tried to get away from the scene but these victims bodies were trapped underneath his vehicle. He and his passenger got out of his vehicle and walked over these victims limbs as they protruded from underneath his vehicle. Andrew fled on foot until captured by Tulsa Police k-9 unit. Many witnesses saw this brutal slaying and came forward to police. He has been charged with 2 counts of first degree MURDER and five counts of assault with a deadly weapon with means likely to cause death. Andrew Allen Mathis comes from a very prominent family that is willing to pay any amount to have him released from jail. This week Judge Milley Otey lowered his bail in attempt to make it possible from him to be released back into the public. If he were to be released back into the public he is a tremendous threat to the public and to his ex-girlfriend whom he committed this act over. Andrew Allen Mathis should not be released from prison not only for the severe danger to society and flight risk that he exemplifies but for the reason that it would not be fair to the men who lost their lives at his hands. These men can no longer see their children grow up or spend time with their families. It would be an UNJUSTICE to allow Andrew to go back into society when these mens live were so horrifically robbed from them.
Please support the families of victims: Carlos Lopez, Dennis Cox, David Cox, Rajneel Naicker, Michael Miller, Randy McBroom, and Roger Johnson.
