FREE Non Violent Habitual Offenders sign now

Free non violent inmates serving under the Habitual Offender Act of 1980. In 2000 this Act was changed for Habitual Offenders to not receive Life With Out Parole for non violent crimes, such as alcohol and drug addiction related crimes. The officials changed the law at the last minute to not include those already sentenced under this law. Sign this petition to Grandfather those already serving under the Habitual Offender Act.

Serving many years in prison for stealing shampoo....that's something that shouldn't be common practice in a country like the United States of America! It sounds like a very bad joke, but unfortunately it's none!

This law was intended for violent offenses not for non-violent offenses. This is our judicial and law makers running rampid due to over reaction.

it is time that we take a closer look and see that our system doesn't work. By including three strikes all we are doing is wasiting tax payers money, and loosing the value of family.

This is a much needed bill. Our prisions are full and it is ridiculous to take space to house non violent people for the rest of their lifes. This is much needed space that could used for the violent criminals. Wake up Alabama.
